Dear Kuljit,
I am still in the musical trance that Galitcha put me in on August 18th. You captured the audience from the beginning of your set and held them. Willing captives! It was an evening of love. Galitcha is that rare blending of superb musicianship and emotional connection. There is something truly addictive about Galitcha's music. I think the audience would've been happy to stay all night listening to you perform. I know I would have.
Galitcha brought an unusual warmth to the festival and it was completely infectuous.
Thank you so much for sharing your energy and love with the Lincoln Center Out of Doors Festival. On behalf of the tech crew and myself let me say it was a pleasure working with you. I can't wait to do so again.
